Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the game, open Settings, then Delete account. It removes your profile, your name, your match history and your place on the leaderboards, and it takes you off everyone's friends list. It cannot be undone.
Someone's name or behaviour is a problem
Tap Report next to that player on the results screen, in your match history, or under the three dots in your friends list. Choose a reason and add a note if you want. You can block them at the same time. Every report is read.
The game feels laggy
Tap Report lag, either from the pause menu or at the end of a match. It sends us the last thirty seconds of connection readings from your phone, which is what we need to find the cause. No message is needed.
How do I change my name or my number?
Settings, then Player name, then Change. You can take any name and four digit number that nobody else is using.
Can I play without an account?
Yes. Practice against the computer and the tutorial work with no account at all. Playing with other people needs one, because you need a name other players can see.
How old do you have to be?
Brawlorama asks your date of birth once. Anyone under thirteen can still play on their own phone, but not online.
